Skotizo is a demonic, purple-themed boss only accessible after creating a dark totem.  He is known as being a fairly simple boss for those prepared and is often pursued for his common pet drop.

This former Zamorak general is 4 inches tall, 4.5 inches from mouth to tail, and 3 inches shoulder to shoulder. Each Skotizo is made from hard plastic and meticulously hand-painted by Lilly and me.
