Notice: Items shipped to the UK by Airmail are taking longer than expected because Canada Post sent them as international surface parcels due to major delays with fewer planes and staff. This is very frustrating because they didn't provide shippers with a notification about this and it means estimate arrival time has gone from 2 weeks to 6-8 weeks. I apologize about the delay.

 

Why is everything sold out?

I work full time and my girlfriend is in university. This is very much a weekend pursuit for us, we only make a couple of things each week. I wish we could do more!

I keep an email list of people who want to be notified of specific stock updates. If you want to be on this list please reach out via the contact page letting me know!

Do you have tracking information for my order?

Your order will only have tracking information if you purchased a shipping option that includes it on checkout. Most people do not opt for tracked shipping because it often costs nearly $10 more.

If you did purchase a tracked shipping option this information will be automatically emailed/texted to you when your order ships. Additionally, you can visit the order status page linked in your order confirmation email.

How long before my order ships?

If you purchased an item that is in stock we will have it down to the post office within two days.

If you purchased a pre-order we will have it down to the post office per the ship date on the product listing.

If you order multiple items, for example an in stock item and some pre-orders, we always ship items separately as they are finished so you are not waiting. The only exception is Air Fresheners, since they cost much less than the cost to send them individually.

What are the shipping options?

We offer global shipping fulfilled through Canada Post. Shipping options and rates are shown during checkout.

For orders going to the US or Canada a $5 shipping option is available automatically to orders totaling $25 or more.

For orders going to the United Kingdom and Australia, another subsidized cost is available automatically on checkout based on weight. That is, orders less than 0.26kg have access to a $5 shipping option and orders less than 0.5kg have access to a $10 shipping option. Unfortunately for orders with a total weight above 0.5kg we cannot offer a subsidized option.

Subsidized shipping options are fulfilled via Canada Post Air. All orders ship from Montreal Canada and estimated shipping time varies based on geographic location. Generally between 8 and 14 days.

Do I have to pay taxes / customs on my order?

Currently no taxes are charged on checkout since Canadian businesses that do not exceed $30,000 in revenue do not collect GST/HST.

Shipments to the UK and EU are subject to VAT. Additional customs fees may be charged upon delivery to shipments outside of the US, UK and EU.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

Please reach out ASAP using our contact page with details about what you would like modified. Changes to your order can be made anytime before it ships.

Can you make custom requests?

We no longer offer custom player characters, monsters, items, etc. Sorry to disappoint!

What is the return policy?

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order, less the original shipping cost. You can return your product for store credit, a different product of the same or less value, or a refund to the original payment method.
