Do you have tracking information for my order?
Your order will only have tracking information if you purchased a shipping option that includes it on checkout. Most people do not opt for tracked shipping because it often costs nearly $10 more.
If you did purchase a tracked shipping option this information will be automatically emailed to you when your order ships. Additionally, you can visit the order status page linked in your order confirmation email.

How long before my order ships?
Every figurine is carefully smoothed and hand-painted by Lilly and I. We attempt to keep stock of our products so they can ship within 24 hours of your order. However, sometimes we run out of this stock and products need to be made to order, when this is the case it can take up to a week before your item ships.
What are the shipping options?
We offer global shipping fulfilled through Canada Post. Shipping options and rates are shown during checkout.
Free shipping is available automatically to orders totaling $75 or more. During checkout select your shipping method as Free Ground. Per the name, our free shipping option is fulfilled via Canada Post Ground. All orders ship from Montreal Canada and estimated shipping time varies based on geographic location.
How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
Please reach out ASAP using our contact page with details about what you would like modified. Changes to your order can be made anytime before it ships.
Do you do custom orders?
We are always open to custom order requests! I can't guarantee we can accept them, but we'd love to hear what you have in mind. Reach out via the contact page and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
What is the return policy?
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order, less the original shipping cost. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
