Do you have tracking information for my order?

Your order will only have tracking information if you purchased a shipping option that includes it on checkout. Most people do not opt for tracked shipping because it often costs nearly $10 more.

If you did purchase a tracked shipping option this information will be automatically emailed to you when your order ships. Additionally, you can visit the order status page linked in your order confirmation email.

How long before my order ships?

Every figurine is carefully smoothed and hand-painted by Lilly and I. We attempt to keep stock of our products so they can ship within 24 hours of your order. However, sometimes we run out of this stock, and products need to be made to order. When items are made to order we try to have them finished and shipped within two weeks.

If you ordered a custom player, monster, or item we always try to have them made and shipped within one month.

Sometimes when I post many videos we get a little overwhelmed on the store, and so lead times can extend past the above estimates.

What are the shipping options?

We offer global shipping fulfilled through Canada Post. Shipping options and rates are shown during checkout.

A subsidized $5 shipping cost is available automatically to orders totaling $30 or more. This is only available for orders going to the US, Canada, UK, or Australia.

During checkout select your shipping method as Promo $5 Air. Per the name, our subsidized shipping option is fulfilled via Canada Post Air. All orders ship from Montreal Canada and estimated shipping time varies based on geographic location. Generally between 3 and 12 days.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

Please reach out ASAP using our contact page with details about what you would like modified. Changes to your order can be made anytime before it ships.

Do you do custom orders?

We are always open to custom order requests! Please visit the customs collection to see options about getting a custom player, monster, or item.

If we can't complete your custom request we'll let you know and refund your order in full.

If there is something else not covered by the customs collection we'd still love to hear what you have in mind. Reach out via the contact page and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

What is the return policy?

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order, less the original shipping cost. You can return your product for store credit, a different product of the same or less value, or a refund to the original payment method.
